Question 1

What is the quickest way to reach you?

Accepted Answer

Call 0207 550 6550 during office hours, or send the form on this page so your enquiry reaches the right specialist. Everything sent through the site is answered within 24 hours.

Question 2

Can I book a showroom visit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our showroom at 275-277 Ewell Road, Surbiton KT6 7AB has working systems and glass samples. Visits are by appointment, so call or message us and we will pick a time.

Question 3

Which areas do you work in?

Accepted Answer

London, Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding Home Counties. Include the postcode with your enquiry and we will confirm straight away.

Question 4

What should I send with my enquiry?

Accepted Answer

The opening size, a photograph or drawing if you have one, the postcode, and anything already fixed such as the glass build or the finish. That is enough for us to come back with the system and an indicative cost.

Question 5

I am a contractor or architect - what should I send?

Accepted Answer

Send the drawings or the opening schedule. We will come back with the system, the sizes and a quoted lead time, and can open a trade account so packages are priced at trade rates.

Question 6

Do you charge for a site visit or survey?

Accepted Answer

Ask when you enquire. We will tell you before anything is booked whether your project needs a site visit and whether it carries a charge, so there is nothing unexpected.

Question 7

How quickly will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

Within 24 hours. Your enquiry is emailed to the sales team and recorded, so nothing is lost if you send it in the evening or at the weekend.

Question 8

Can you quote from photographs alone?

Accepted Answer

For a first indication, often yes. A firm quotation needs the opening measured, either from your dimensions and drawings or on site, because the running gear, the panel count and the head detail all follow the real size.

Question 9

Do you handle servicing and repairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, for systems we have supplied and installed. Tell us what the system is doing and send a photograph of the detail if you can, and we will arrange to attend.

Question 10

Can I contact you on WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The WhatsApp tab on the side of the page opens a chat with our sales team, which is the quickest way to send photographs or dimensions straight from site.
